Refund policy

Body Symphony, LLC, makers of Organic Superfoods and Pumpkin Seed Protein Products, provide a 30 day refund policy if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

Simply return the unused portion of your mix to us and upon receipt, inspection, and approval we will issue a full refund of your purchase price less direct shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we made a mistake in fulfillment. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at doc@superfoodmix.com and send your item to: 3226 Clark Rd., Sarasota Florida US 34231.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: Body Symphony, LLC, 3226 Clark Rd., Sarasota Florida US 34231; Some shippers (UPS for example) require the phone # of the addressee, it is (941) 328-2462

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your refund, the cost of shipping your product to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $40, we recommend sending via a method that provides a tracking number and insurance to insure it makes it back to us. We cannot provide a refund on items that we do not receive.
